We deliver from our Hardy's Textile shop in Sydney, orders are usually dispatched the same day or next business day and sent via Australia Post.If you are not around when your parcel is delivered, the driver will leave it with all care taken and no responsibility accepted.
We recommend you always get parcels delivered to work addresses if possible or make sure someone at home for parcels. and We sell and delivery our products to most parts of the world.

For fabrics and discounted remnants, We don’t offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabrics has been cut. Please note the colours may vary in appearance in different computer monitors,  if colour is critical,please order swatches instead. For safety,if  you are not sure for the colours, weight ,printing patterns or garments styles and its size measurements,please contact us before your purchase. 

If the product is damaged or we have sent the wrong product, we will resend it  after the damaged/wrong product returned or refund for the product and postage fee (if applicable).

3. Fabric in our online shop is sold by one metre.if you want to book swatches or big samples but less than 1meter,please contact us and we will organise it for you mannually.
